We're delighted to have Chomped Zine back on our shelves. Chomped Zine began life as a Leeds-based self-publishing project for sharing recipes between friends, the first two issues distributed in the city by editor and creator Jaz Christou.
Issue #3 is the fullest realisation of Chomped yet and it continues to be a project buoyed by collaboration and sharing. Inside you'll find an interview with Elly from Leeds baked goods legends That Old Chestnut, and a chat with Molly Richards from the reliably brilliant Leeds Bread co-op. Elsewhere there are recipes a plenty, including those for buttery Viennese biscuits, crispy herb potatoes, and chocolate orange bread and butter pudding.
