We are, proudly, a frozen pea household. Always a bag in the freezer, always ready to be slung into something, onto something, or to one side. got to be the right peas too, but we won't go into that.
What we did NOT know is that there are a plethora of frozen pea-based recipes out there - soups, risottos, falafels, bhajis, fritters, stews - you can use peas for anything! In this excellent cookbook, there are 100 recipes that are not only tasty (course they are, they've got peas in), but also easy to make, and cheap to cost.
I wonder if they'll make a POD-cast out of this...
