The new issue of Uppercase brings us the beautiful hand lettering of Carol DuBosch, the daily paintings of Debbie and Brian Miller (3,000 and counting), the studio space and abstract artwork of Nino Yuniardi, and the gorgeous illustrative work of Anisa Makhoul.
Elsewhere you'll find articles on artistic flow, pivoting and persevering your way to an artistic career, and the benefits of embracing your creativity.
Expect:
Uppercase is put together by Janine Vangool who has a keen eye for contemporary crafts. It is beautifully printed on matte stock and the spine alone is a work of art. A pleasing and collectable publication. While the magazine looks at traditional craft, it is in no way nostalgic, it looks at contemporary applications and champions modern and inspiring craft.
