It's been a while since a new coffee magazine has broken through the froth, and it's great to see one that sets out with Leeds' North Star as its inspiration and focus. Inside the chapters introduce us to the source of the coffee used, the roastery itself, the poured, supped and carefully branded product, and, vitally, the passionate people who work there, from account managers to baristas.
