Synth History is a magazine, website and podcast series run and curated by producer, composer, song-writer, and graphic designer Danz CM. Inside you'll find 20+ interviews with musicians for whom synthesizers are an important part of their musical output.

 

In issue 3 there are some absolute shops favourites n'all - hello Tame Impala, Mark Mothersbaugh (Devo), Slowdive, Tim Gane (Stereolab), Bibio, Avery Tare (Animal Collective) and Gregg Araki among a celestial cast (that also includes a bit of Wilco, Cure, OMD and LCD Soundsystem).

Synth History is a synthesizer passion project from producer, composer, song-writer, and graphic designer Danz CM, who not only interviews the musicians in each issue, but edits and designs it too. The goal of SH is to archive the equipment pioneers and modern day legends are using, discover what inspires them, and understand the history and influence of synthesizers all around us.
