General Witchfinders Zine #3

Regular price £5.00

As Trooper Swallow says at the end of the classic British folk horror Witchfinder General 'May god have mercy on us all!'

Yes, General Witchfinders is a zine with British horror at its heart (and a great name, let's face it). Produced by the lovely people behind the podcast of the same name, it promises us fresh nightmares, uncanny folklore, and eerie nostalgia - and it dishes it up in spades.

Issue 3 is the Samhain issue and brings us - the scares to be found on '80s and '90s CITV, pixilated horror gaming, the ethereal Scottish landscape photography of Colin Leslie, a re-appraisal of Jose Ramon Larraz's 1971 exploitation horror Deviation, a intriguing account of a seance gone wrong in '30s Shropshire, and the terrific furry and felty creatures of Louise 'Felt Mistress' Evans.

Elsewhere - screaming skulls, spectral striders, classic children's horror fiction and much more.
