Gorgeous stuff again from Roma and Dutch graphic designer and educator Karel Martens. The eye-popping colour and overprinting, combined with the ephemera used as a substrate, create beautiful abstract images that bear repeated viewing.
This collection brings together a selection of Martens' monoprints, made between 2014 and 2022. The prints are reproduced at their actual size and printed partly with fluorescent ink to match the originals. An experiment with multi-layered offset printing resulted in two different leporello covers.
