UFO Drawings From The National Archive by David Clarke

Regular price £12.00

This book contains a history of British flying saucer artworks created by members of the public who believed that they observed UFOs first-hand. It was the MOD's UFO Desk that documented these strange and eerie sightings for over 60 years and this fascinating book, compiled by David Clarke (which takes its source material from the National Archive's collection) contains letters, photographs, drawings and accounts collected between 1941 and 2004. The UK focus of this title distances the contents from the gloss of Hollywood representations and it is all the better for it. To read about the Broad Haven Triangle off the Pembrokeshire coast, or the humming disc hovering over a Dunfermline reservoir, is to immerse yourself in a world of legends and rumours, which have a distinctly British flavour.
