This monster of a book is the exhibition catalogue for 'UKIYO-E 2020', an exhibition held in the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum from June 23~September 22, 2020.
This exhibition brought together for the first time ever, masterpieces from the Ōta Memorial Museum of Art, Japan, the Ukiyo-e Museum, and the Hiraki Ukiyo-e Foundation, museums that are reputed to be the three great collections of ukiyo-e in Japan both in quality and volume.
