The new Noble Rot is titled 'The Difficult Second Album', named after the forthcoming opening of their second Rotter Towers in W1, London. Inside, there's the usual stuffed cellar - including a taste of 125-year-old Pol Roger champagne, an introduction to the maverick wines of Catalonia, a liquid Manhattan unch with novelist Paul McInerney, and a celebration of 150 years of Soho restaurant culture.
Noble Rot is the new home of exciting and passionate wine writing, forged by friends Dan Keeling and Mark Andrew. Always beautifully illustrated and accessibly written, this compact, ad-free independent is changing the way we think about wine.
Running non-sparkling wine through a Sodastream is an Australian hack we definitely missed!
