'A must-have for all Radiohead fans' goes the blurb. Blah, blah, blah. Well, this lovely little paperback has enough going on to appeal to (gasp) even those who don't like the Oxford-born miserabilists. It has the feel of a pocket-sized compendium of miscellany, something to pick at on each page - be it a drawing by Mr. Donwood, or words by Mr. Yorke. There's a dialogue (of sorts) happening here, between the musician and artist (actually, aren't they both artists?) - fax snippets, bits of lists, conversation, scribbles. it all happened, apparently, between 1999 and 2000. I wonder if there's anything in it about the Millennium Bug?
We like this - one for a rainy bus journey.
