Oh yeah, the Garbage Pail Kids, the bad taste alternative to those ultra cutesy Cabbage Patch Dolls and the brainchild of top comic artist Art Spiegelman. In the '80s they were the must have trading cards on the playground - everyone wanting Bad Breath Seth, or the explosive Adam Bomb.
Now the kids have created a cookbook full of spew-worthy snacks, lose your lunch lunches and stomach-turning sides! There are 35 hilarious recipes inside, including poop cookies, stuffed brain bundles and pizza snotcorn. Fear not angst-ridden parent, these are all not only edible, but delicious and easy to prepare. They all come from the mind of 'Chopped' champion Elisabeth Weinberg and her husband Matt Stine and are illustrated horribly well by Joe Simko.
