The prize for 'sub-title that accurately explains the content' goes to Teasing Typography by Juliane Nöst. Here goes: 'A virtual study about the behavior of typography using grids to push type to its limit, therefore provoking graphic phenomenons, patterns, and structures with the package leaflet of a painkiller as a dummy text'.

This excellent, thought-provoking typography title is all about type and its behavior under duress. How does legible text behave under extreme conditions - when does legibility give way to white noise and static, and what patterns and structures emerge from the process?

Graphic designer Juliane Nöst undertook this work by systematically pushing text through various grids in the framework of a typographic study. Starting with the InDesign default settings, a range of font sizes and columns were used to generate a broad spectrum of diverse typographic outcomes. Once done the existing results were layered and collaged, to create additional sets of unexpected forms and graphics
