This is the first book to take a close look at the logo design work of Spanish graphic designer (sculptor, cartoonist and artist) Cruz Novillo. Novillo produced identity work for the national rail service, post office and police force of Spain, but also designed logos for banks, schools, festivals, galleries and many more organisations. He was also responsible for designing Peseta notes.
This beautiful paperback tome (it's a handsome monster at almost 370 pages) gathers together Novillos work in categories and really lets the work sing. Beautifully simple, idea driven logo design work which would be an asset for any aspiring or practising designer. In its first edition, with a interview with the man himself, this is right up there in the canon of great logo design books.
